This artwork was inspired by the art of the designer Mr Serge Mouangue (Wafrica) who mixes traditional Japanese clothes with African fabrics. I really fell in love with all the engravings so I went for it. High poly Bergmann pistol model from 1908. For the armor and other parts I used Substance 3D Painter. I have used 3d scan store and only used texture xyz for body. I created everything in zbrush and 3ds max but rendered in maya with arnold. The first of my portfolio projects at The Game Assembly. The piece is gameready with 2.8k tris and uses 4k textures, both the lighter and the cigarette case have four level of detail models and are designed as hero assets. Produced during the Máster en Arte para Videojuegos of Florida Universitaria (Valencia). Zippo inspired by the atmosphere of an old spanish bar. Rookie Awards entrants have been raising the bar this year with their detailed character designs and props, and breathing life into environments and landscapes, using 3ds Max.
